I’m Gabi Preston-Phypers, and I don’t fix hiring. I rebuild it.

I founded Tooled Up Raccoons because I was done watching smart, capable TA teams be reduced to order takers, buried under bad process, ignored by leadership, and forced to “make it work” with broken tools.

My background spans investment banking, SaaS sales, and deep-in-the-weeds recruiting. I’ve operated at high levels, and in the hiring chaos most people won’t admit exists.

But I am here to remove that chaos once and for all.
